Nov. 28, 1944 - Oct. 21, 2012 Hirom (Mac) McFarland, 67, passed away suddenly at home on Oct. 21, after chronic illnesses. Mac was a joy to know, a kind soul and a very loving man who made friends every where he went and whose family loves him and will miss him for eternity. Mac was born Nov. 28, 1944, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Hiram and Violet McFarland. After both parent’s death, while Mac was a young child, he then lived with his brother, Jerry Taylor, and sister in law, Fran in Japan and then Novato, Calif. He graduated from Novato High School in 1963 then entered the U.S. Army that year.

Doucette, Annie C. 81, of Tucson, passed away June 12, 2012. Annie was born March 5, 1931, in Van Buren Maine. She was raised in an orphanage.  Family meant the world to her.   Annie was a 25-year resident of Marana before moving to Tennessee for 17 years.  She recently returned to Marana.  Annie is survived by children, Carol & Mel Worthey of Tucson; Anna and Francisco Noriega of Red Rock; Steven & Louise Doucette of Kingman; Michael and Bernadeen Doucette of Tucson; Chuck & Brenda Doucette of Tucson; Franklin and Kim Doucette Jr. of Tennessee; Donald & Patty Doucette of Massachusetts; Bruce and Pam Doucette of New Hampshire; Mark & Patricia Doucette of Tennessee; Brian Loomis of Phoenix; Sister Madeline Shepherd of Michigan; Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, including a recently reunited niece Cindy Johnson of Pennsylvania.  Annie is preceded by her husband Franklin A Doucette Jr., son Joseph, 3 brothers and a sister.  A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, June 16, at The Living Word Baptist Church, 13526 N Sandario Rd, Marana, AZ.  Arrangements by Marana Mortuary & Cemetery.

Jamie Hicks was born April 16, 1965 in Boulder Colo., and spent her childhood in Lake Oswego Oregon, where she graduated from Lakeridge High School. She then attended Pacific Luthern and graduated from Columbia Christian with a degree in Human Development (teaching).  Teaching in Vancouver Wash. She later moved to Arizona in 2007.  Jamie is survived by her parents Robert & Marilyn Hicks, and sister Heather. 

Lyndell E. Lauro, 68, born April 16, 1943 in Jamaica, New York passed away on January 23, 2012. She is survived by her son and daughter, James V. Lauro and Jeryl L. Lauro.
