Hello readers and fellow dieters!
I don't have a weight loss for you yet, I weigh in with Thor's cousin on Friday so I will update you all then, in the mean time I can tell you all about my new exercises that Tim the Trainer had me attempt to do such as the "jackknife" which I would try to explain but I dont have the words, there is a medicine ball involved and the abs and hamstrings are all being engaged...as well as sweat dripping yet again into your eyes, alas it is an awesome exercise that I will master.
I am now able to jog for five minutes an able to do sprint intervals as fast as 6.5! I wouldn't have gotten this far without the support of my family, fiance and Trainer Tim who is a decedent of a Hercules, Achilles, and Thor.
I really cant express the gratitude I feel to Anytime Fitness at tangerine Crossing for giving me this opportunity, I am finally feeling better about myself, I have more energy to play with my daughter and my relationship with my fiance has never been stronger. Anyone out there who is thinking about taking that step to improving their health, take the plunge do not hesitate because before you know it.
