Hello everyone!
Another week of sweat and no carbs has gone by, i have lost another 2 pounds yeehaa! I have decided to take part in my Anytime Fitness decathlon events in August, very exciting stuff :) Tim seemed very gleefully eager to train me, I could see the planks in his eyes and several sprint intervals in my near future. I have been going to the gym and seeing trainer Tim as well as going to a boot camp AND being on a low carb diet, which doesn't make me the most pleasant to be around certain times of the day :)! Hercules cousin has the goal of me loosing more weight this month and I know I can rise to the challenge, I am aiming for 14 pounds this month so...wish me luck!
