After four and a half months of waiting...I finally got a "cheat meal"! Thanks Zach! I did not go too crazy but enjoyed Mexican food with some chips and salsa. Mmmmmmm! I get a cheat meal every week now, as long as the weight and inches still come off. I have my eyes set on the 50-pound mark. I am feeling strong and somewhat athletic. Zach did categorize me as a "borderline athlete"! It is fun to see gains in the gym, and to be able to easily do things I really struggled with in the beginning. My body is beginning to transform from totally fat and flabby, to emerging muscle under there! My husband commented on how he can see and feel my muscles. It feels good to get that compliment. So, onwards I march, continuing to eat healthy, work out hard, gain strength, and enjoy this amazing journey!
