Catherine Reynolds – Week 36
Good news: my wrist is feeling better, prompting me to try a little more exercise on it. Bad news: my motivation has been near non-existence this week.
My diet has been the hardest part for me this week. I am the perfect example of an emotional eater and this week has been nothing but stress for me. It’s difficult to convince yourself that having some M&Ms from your daughter’s birthday party is a bad idea when you’re stressed and angry.
Luckily, even though my eating has not been as structured as I would have liked, I did manage to pick up the consistency of my running a little more than I had in previous weeks. It felt good to go a run a few miles to burn off some steam.
Thing I learned this week: Perfection is the not key. It’s consistency and trying to make up for missteps.
