Satisfied with your cable TV service, rural Pima County residents?
Your chance to comment begins at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, when the Pima County Cable Renewal Committee holds a public hearing on renewal of the license for provider Comcast.
The public event is being held in the downstairs conference room of Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation, 3500 W. River Road. It runs from 2 to 4 p.m.
Customers may comment upon the quality of the cable operator's service, including signal quality; its responsiveness to consumer complaints; billing practices and general comment, according to a release from the renewal committee. Speakers are allotted three minutes to address the committee.
Kelle Maslyn represents Comcast at the meeting.
A proposed license renewal agreement between Pima County and Comcast can be found at www.pima.gov/CATV.
All county residents are welcome to attend. For information, contact Julie McWilliams, committee coordinator, at 520-243-7100, or by e-mail at cable.renewal.coordinator@pima.gov.
