Three lectures on chronic sinusitis are being held this fall at Oro Valley Hospital.
Physicians from Carlson Ear, Nose and Throat are speaking about a new procedure to alleviate chronic sinusitis, which can result from chronically blocked sinuses. The new technique, called Balloon Sinuplasty, is similar to a common procedure to open blocked arteries in the heart. It is being performed exclusively in Northwest Tucson at Oro Valley Hospital's Sinus Center of Excellence by Carlson Ear, Nose and Throat, specially trained in otolaryngology.
The lectures are Thursday, Sept. 23, at 3 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 17, at 10:30 a.m. The hospital is located at 1551 East Tangerine Road.
Space in limited. To register, call toll-free 1-866-NW4WELL (1-866-634-9355), or register online at www.orovalleyhospital.com.
