Rudy Graf, an Edward Jones financial advisor in Tucson, has been recognized for voluntarily training new brokers.
Graf has been tapped as a “field trainer,” working with groups of new financial advisors for several months to help train the, while they build their businesses.
“We couldn’t grow at the rate we’ve achieved if we didn’t have people like Rudy who remember what it was like to start out, and who give unselfishly so others can realize the success he has enjoyed,” managing partner James D. Weddle said.
“When one person succeeds, it adds to the firm’s success, which benefits us all,” Graf said.
