The YWCA of Tucson is offering an employment education workshop for women on Thursday, Dec. 11.
The event runs from 3 to 5 p.m. at the YWCA Frances McClelland Leadership Center, 525 N. Bonita Ave.
Cheryl Bakari, owner and director for the Center for Innovative Training, speaks on the topic “Managing the angry public: How to give great customer service even when your customers are not so great.”
Bakari opened the Center for Innovative Training in 1993, with a mission “to enhance the productivity and performance of her participants. She is known for her powerful interactive learning strategies that create lasting change and positive results,” a release said.
