OVBC postpones banking forum to later date
Scheduling conflicts have forced the Oro Valley Business Club and Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce to reschedule their business banking forum from Nov. 4 to another date.
The informative forum was to feature a panel of 12 representatives from local banking institutions.
Business members were to have been given an opportunity to raise questions, make inquiries, and in general, learn how a small business loan can be obtained.

Nominate an OV volunteer
The Town of Oro Valley is accepting nominations for its 2011 Volunteers of the Year through 10 a.m. Friday.
The town is looking for one man and one woman who embody the spirit of volunteerism by serving the Oro Valley community.
