Dan Stewart has been named market president for Mutual of Omaha Bank in Arizona.
Stewart is responsible for leading the strategic growth and management of Mutual of Omaha Bank’s operations in Arizona, including 12 locations in eight communities across the state, a release said. The bank has locations at 6298 E. Grant Road and 10195 N. Oracle Road, in greater Tucson.
Stewart, a banker for 28 years, most recently served as president of First Heritage Bank in Newport Beach, Calif.
“Dan brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to Mutual of Omaha Bank and will play a key role in leading our growth and expansion in Arizona,” said Jim Claffee, president of Mutual of Omaha Bank’s West Region. “He shares our conservative, community banking philosophy and has a strong track record of building successful banking organizations.”
