The Town of Marana issued nine commercial permits in July.
Certificates of occupancy were issued to: Mr. Tee’s , 6918 N. Camino Martin, #100; Discount Muffler, 4443 W. Ina Road, #121; and Flooring America of Tucson, 3805 W. River Road, #161.
Tenant improvement permits were issued to: Sunshine Industries, 6781 N. Thornydale Road, #219; Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburger, 3725 W. Orange Grove Road; and Titlemax, 8295 N. Cortaro Road, #119.
New retail commercial permits were issued to: Northwest Fire Central Services Building, 5125 W. Camino de Fuego; Flowing Wells Alternative High School, 4125 W. Regency Plaza St.; and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburger, 3725 W. Orange Grove Road.
In addition, Marana inspectors conducted 877 inspections in July, for an average of 44 stops each workday.
Transportation impact fees collected in July totaled $102,354. That amount is broken down as $3,465 for northwest road impact fees for four units, $81,668 for northeast road impact fees for 12 units and $17,221 for south road impact fees for five units.
Park, park education and trail contribution fees collected in July totaled $68,712. That amount is broken down as $62,712 for park impact fees and $6,000 for park education.
