SunBird real estate broker earns manager certification
Andrew Gregory, a Tucson member of SunBird Real Estate, LLC, has been awarded the certified real estate brokerage manager designation by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.
The council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, is the professional organization for brokerage management. Gregory's designation "is recognized throughout the industry as the highest level of professional achievement — a symbol of excellence in brokerage management."
He has completed academic and professional course requirements for the designation, and demonstrated "excellence in real estate brokerage management," a release said.
Gregory is a real estate brokerage manager for SunBird Real Estate located in SaddleBrooke. He has been a broker in Tucson since 1986.
CiCi's Pizza hosts franchise expo
A pizza restaurant that wants to expand its Tucson presence is conducting a franchising expo this Thursday, July 15, in Tempe.
CiCi's Pizza conducts the event from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott – Tempe, 601 South Ash.
CiCi's wants franchisees to develop 25-30 new restaurants in Phoenix and surrounding cities, including Tempe, Glendale, Scottsdale and Tucson, a release said. It expects to open more than 50 new stores over the next five years.
There is one CiCi's in Tucson now, on West Ina Road, and three in Phoenix with two in development.
