Tom Murray, a master landscape painter and self-taught artist, shows his autumnal aspens and cottonwoods in "Tall Trees Gone Gold," a show displayed Nov. 10-Dec. 10 at Jane Hamilton Fine Art.

A special Art Wine Monday featuring Murray's paintings, hors d'oeurves and wine is planned for Monday, Nov. 22, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The cost is $10.

Murray, described by Hamilton as an "oil painter extraordinaire," has been a featured artist in both the prestigious Oil Painters of America Show and the Mountain Oyster Club Annual Western Art Show.

Jane Hamilton Fine Art is located at 2890 E. Skyline Drive, Suite 180, in Plaza Colonial, the southwest corner of Skyline and Campbell. The web site is janehamiltonfineart.com.

Regular gallery hours are Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., with extended hours on Thursdays until 8 p.m. for the art walk, and Sundays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
