Horse racing at Rillito Park concludes this Sunday, Feb. 21, for the 2010 season.
Highlighting the big weekend is Sunday's Hasta La Vista Pima County Horsemen's Association Shootout #3, for 3-year-olds and older. The 220-yard race has an estimated purse of $20,500.
Racing begins at 1 p.m. Admission is $3 for general admission, and $5 for the clubhouse. Parking is free. The track is located at First Avenue and River Road.
Pari-mutuel windows are located throughout the track. Windows open at least 30 minutes before post time for the first race, and remain open until shortly after the first race. Wagers may be placed for any race throughout the day, until the race starts. Winning tickets may be redeemed when results are official.
