Mark Napier has almost three decades of law enforcement experience. He has extensive senior command and executive level experience. He honorably retired from the Tucson Police Department at the rank of Captain. Mark has effectively managed multi-million dollar budgets, both capital and operational. He has provided stellar leadership to large numbers of law enforcement employees engaged in patrol operations, investigations, training and administration. Mark is a highly educated law enforcement professional and is the recipient of many awards.
