Detectives with The University of Arizona Police Department are asking for assistance with identifying a male robbery suspect.

During night time hours a male suspect entered a window of the Shantz Building at the University of Arizona campus and stole electronics. The male suspect ironically was sporting a University of Arizona t-shirt.

Anyone with information about this suspect is requested to call the UAPD tips line (520) 626-0066 or 88-CRIME.

The University of Arizona Police Department reminds the community of the following Safety Tips:

• Remain alert and aware of your surroundings and the people in your vicinity at all times.

• If you see someone or something suspicious do not hesitate to contact police.

• Do not leave your personal belongings unattended.  Doing so will help eliminate the opportunity for theft to occur.

• Always close and lock your doors, even if you will away for a few minutes.
