Updated

Early Sunday morning at 12:24 a.m Pima County Sheriff’s Department received reports of a vehicle rollover at Artesiano Road and Ina Road. When deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered a 4-door sedan on its roof with three teenage female occupants trapped inside.

Northwest Fire responded to help extract the passengers and transported two 16-year-old females to University Medical Center with minor injuries.

The driver, 16-year-old Julia Ann Good was pronounced dead at the scene from injuries sustained.

Pima County Sheriff's investigators from their Traffic Unit responded. They determined that the passenger car was driving too fast through dips on Ina Road west of Wade Road, causing them to lose control and roll over.

It was reported that all the vehicle occupants were all wearing their seat belts and alcohol did not seem to be a factor.

The accident is still under investigation.
