On Jan. 6, at about 12:30 p.m., the Oro Valley Police Department responded to the Target store located in the 10000 block of North Oracle Road in reference to a female patron who observed a cellular phone camera under her changing room door.
Video from the Target showed a male suspect entered the changing room area while the victim was in the changing room.
A suspect was identified and subsequently taken into custody.
Detectives responded and interviewed Eduardo Dominguez (D.O.B 05/08/84) who made incriminating statements. Dominguez was charged with two counts of surreptitious videotaping (class 4 felony).
