Northwest fire crews responded to a three-car collision at the corner of Ina and Thornydale on Wednesday around 11:46 a.m.
Spokesman Adam Goldberg said when fire crews arrived, they found three vehicles involved, and one was overturned.
The male driver in the overturned vehicle was transported in serious, but stable condition to the trauma center at the University of Arizona Medical Center's main campus.
A female drive in another vehicle was transported in stable condition was minor injuries to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Several guns were found inside one of the vehicles, and Marana Police were on scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
