First Lady Michelle Obama visits Tucson

First Lady Michelle Obama gives 11-year-old Haile Thomas a hug as James Ianni, 14, watches at Tucson International Airport as the two greeted her upon her Tucson arrival Monday afternoon. Thomas and Ianni are volunteers from the Tucson Village Farm, which is supported by the University of Arizona and Pima County Cooperative Extension.

From the TIA, Mrs. Obama went to the Tucson Convention Center for a presidential re-election fundraiser where she spoke to about 500 supporters.
