At about 8:55 p.m. Tuesday, Golder Ranch Fire District Units responded to the area of 4200 E Pinto, about a mile east of Oracle Road near Edwin Road, for a mobile home fire.
When firefighters arrived, they found a singlewide mobile home engulfed in flames. All residents of the home were able to get out of the house without injury.
Golder Ranch Fire crews were able to knock down and extinguish the fire from outside the home.
The cause of this fire is still unknown. It is also unknown as to whether or not the home had working smoke detectors.
Golder Ranch Fire District reminds that it is important that all homes have working smoke detectors and to change the batteries once a year.
