Ironwood Ridge High School teacher Melissa Ann Dalton was indicted Tuesday for allegedly having sex with two male students.
Dalton, an art teacher, was indicted on six counts of sexual conduct with a minor (class two felony), one count of furnishing obscene or harmful items to a minor (class four felony), and one count of sexual conduct with a minor under 18 (class six felony).
Dalton, 33, was released from the Pima County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
According to court documents, Dalton allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy in her classroom and in her car on several occasions from February to April.
Ironwood Ridge is in the Amphitheater School District. This was Dalton's first year teaching in the school district.
