The Town of Marana invites members of the community to start the New Year on the right foot by running, jogging or walking the Sixth Annual Egg Nog Jog on Jan. 1. Check-in for the 5K non-competitive event starts at 8 a.m. at Continental Reserve Park.
The course runs through the scenic Continental Reserve neighborhood in Marana. Egg nog, food and drinks are provided after the race. Each participant receives a T-shirt and is entered to win raffle prizes.
Registration is $10 before Jan. 1 and $15 on race day (cash or check only on the day of the race). To register, visit www.marana.com, call 382-1950 or show up on the day of the race. Sign- in takes place at Continental Reserve Park (8568 N. Continental Reserve Loop).
