Woman crashes into power pole, trapped inside vehicle

Northwest Fire responded to an accident at Ironwood Hill and Camino de Oeste where they were able to free a women who was trapped in her car, according to Pima County Sheriff Deputy Monica Torralba.

There were downed and energized power lines that prevented rescue crews from removing her safely form the vehicle. They were eventually able to get the woman out after several minutes without any serious injuries.

Both roads are currently closed.
