This year, celebrate Thanksgiving in style at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa. Continuing a popular tradition, the resort’s Thanksgiving Day Grand Brunch Buffet will be served in the Sonoran Ballroom for a fuss-free gourmet meal amid gorgeous mountain and city views. Reservations are encouraged.
The menu includes roasted turkey, complete with cornbread stuffing, tart chutney and gravy. Side dishes feature white cheddar and poblano mashed potatoes for a Southwestern touch. Healthy diners will find many light and creative choices, including roasted sea bass with balsamic beurre blanc. For dessert, pumpkin pie, three kinds of cheesecake and a bourbon-pecan pie.
The Thanksgiving Grand Brunch Buffet will be held Thursday, Nov. 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is $59 for adults, $25 for children 4-12 years old, free for 3 and younger (prices don’t include tax, gratuity). For reservations, call 297-1151 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 917-2930 after 5 p.m.
Guests visiting the resort in the morning may enjoy a breakfast buffet for $18 in the newly remodeled, award-winning GOLD restaurant, from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. The restaurant will be closed for lunch and dinner.
For a lighter meal, Lookout Bar & Grille will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
