In this photocomposition, comprised of three horizontal photos vertically stitched together in PhotoShop, the sun sets behind a heavily armed saguaro along Shannon Road, north of Overton Road last Thursday evening. This time of year, the sun rises about a minute earlier and sets about a minute later, making each day about two minutes longer than the one before it. The sun will set around 6:30 p.m. this week.
