Train tracks at Cortaro Road will be closed for 12 hours next weekend for construction.
The closure begins Dec. 29 at 10 p.m. and lasts until Dec. 30 at 10 a.m. Motorists needing to cross the tracks will be detoured to Ina or Twin Peaks road via Thornydale, Oldfather or Hartman road when approaching from the east side of the crossing or via the I-10 frontage roads when approaching from the westbound I-10 frontage road or west of the crossing.
Businesses near the tracks will remain open and accessible.
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen conditions, the schedule may be delayed.
