Pit bulls maul 89-year-old woman 0 comments
Today at approximately 10:45 a.m. deputies from the Foothills District responded to a reported animal attack in the 4900 blk. of North Via Carina. Upon arrival deputies found an eighty-nine (89) year-old female near a community mailbox who had been mauled by two pit bulls.
The victim was transported to the Trauma Center at the University Medical Center with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Pima County Animal Care (PCAC) responded to further investigate
