The Amphi Foundation has been busy at work, and has a lot more to do going forward, as shown in their November update. The Amphi Foundation works closely with each of the schools in the Amphi School District to raise money and provide necessities for students. 

October Report

Amphi Clothing Bank

Over fall break, over 100 volunteers from 14 Amphi Schools came to the clothing bank to sort three and a half busses of clothing from our Stuff the Bus event.

Over 284 volunteer hours were logged in organizing and implementing the event.

The Amphi Foundation would like to thank to all who donated their personal time to help.

The very first Saturday Clothing Bank work day will be Nov. 17th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The foundation is seeking volunteers for Nov. 17 and during regular business hours - Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Sequel's lease ends January 31st and the Foundation has decided to close the store mid January. Thank you to all the staff and community members who have supported the store and donated and shopped for items. There is so much quality inventory that needs to go! go! go! Please visit! Clothing donations can be made until January 1st.

•Amphi Contributions to Schools

*SmartBoard funds distributed to Copper Creek Elementary and Coronado K-8 schools.

CDO's International Baccalaureate (IB) families will utilize the Foundation's website to pay fees on-line.

•15th - Stuff the Hummer with the Christina Taylor Green Foundation Sullivan's Steak House from 10 a.m . to noon.

Hygiene items and toys will be collected and donated to disadvantaged children whose families have fallen on difficult financial times or who are living in shelters.
