Barber headed to victory in CD8 race 0 comments
With 86.36 percent of precincts reporting, Democrat Ron Barber holds a comanding lead over GOP challenger Jesse Kelly in the special election for Congressional District 8.
With 304 of the 352 precincts completely reporting, Barber has 98,944 votes, while Kelly has 84,957 votes. Green Party candidate Charles Manolakis has recieved 4,385 votes, according to the unofficial results.
