The Arizona Fraternal Order of Police, one of Arizona's largest law-enforcement organizations, has endorsed Ann Kirkpatrick in Congressional District 1.

"Ann Kirkpatrick has a strong record of standing up for local law enforcement," said John Ortolano, president of the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police. "As a prosecutor, she cracked down on criminals and helped keep our communities safe. As a lawmaker, she worked hard to ensure we had the resources to do our jobs. We need to send Ann back to Congress."

"I'm honored to have the support of the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police," Kirkpatrick said. "The people of my district come first, and that's why protecting our communities is such a priority for me. I look forward to working closely with law enforcement to get the job done for our district and for Arizona."

With more than 6,500 members, the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police represents the interests of professional law enforcement officers working in agencies throughout the state. The group is the voice of those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our communities and our state.
