Sunday, Oct. 30, is the final day of fun for all ages at the Marana Founders' Day Festival, with all events taking place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The carnival is being held at Ora Mae Harn Park, 13250 N. Lon Adams, Road, while the mounted shooting competition is taking place at Western Heritage Arena, at North Postvale Road and the Interstate 10 frontage road.
Parking is $5 for events at either venue. Admission to the mounted shooting competition is included with the parking fee.
Wristbands for the carnival are $25 at the event.
In addition, Sunday's events include an arts festival, live music (see schedule below), kids activities, historical displays by the Marana Heritage Conservancy, and food vendors. These will take place at Ora Mae Harn Park.
The entertainment and arts and crafts activities were coordinated by the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance, or SAACA.
