Randy Metcalf/The Explorer, Last Friday at Coyote Trail Elementary School, students had the opportunity to hang U.S. flags in and around their school alongside Marana police officers and Northwest Fire District firefighters. The flags, and later an assembly, honored America and the lives lost in terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
