Twenty-two volunteers from Lowe's spread 44 yards of wood chips around the new playground equipment at Harelson Elementary School on Monday morning. The playground, which was build over the winter break, was purchased with a grant for $100,000 from Lowe's Charitable and Educational Foundation.
