U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords plans to attend July 4th celebrations in both Marana and Oro Valley.
The Democratic congresswoman, who faces a re-election campaign against State Senate President Tim Bee, will be at Riverfront Park in Oro Valley at 551 W. Lambert Lane from 7 to 8 p.m.
Following that, Giffords plans to spend a short time at Marana’s Independence Day event at Ora Mae Harn Park, 13251 N. Lon Adams Rd.
