Zanes, 40, was charged with domestic violence and felony production of marijuana after the Oro Valley Police Department responded to a woman reporting she was in a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police found many fully-grown marijuana plans along with equipment to cultivate the plants, left, behind a combination-locked door.

Randy Metcalf/The Explorer, After finding what appeared to be a pipe bomb during a domestic violence call, the Oro Valley Police Department called the Pima County Sheriff's Department's Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit to assist them. The EOD unit deployed a robot to retrieve the suspected pipe bomb, which was detonated after police evacuated the surrounding residences.
