Mulch available from 'treecycle' program

Randy Metcalf/The Explorer, The Oro Valley Kiwanis Club uses the “treecycle” program as a fund-raiser for buying presents and school supplies for needy kids. People wishing to use the mulch are free to pick some up at the town site.
