A robber held up a victim and fired a gun shot at that person's vehicle Monday night in Oro Valley.
At 11:34 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, Oro Valley Police responded to an armed robbery call at the Wells Fargo Bank, 550 E. Tangerine Road.
The robbery took place at the drive-up ATM, where a male suspect armed with a hand gun and wearing a black bandana across his face approached the victim, demanding money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money, but the victim refused to hand over the ATM card. The suspect fired a gunshot at the vehicle, then fled the area in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured, according to a release from Oro Valley Police.
This is the second robbery at this location in two weeks, the release said.
The suspect remains at large.
