A retirement celebration for two Copper Creek Elementary School teachers is being arranged for May 16.

Before then, organizers are looking for pictures and scrapbook pictures for Kathy Dickert and Marian Shultis.

A picnic lunch starts at noon Saturday, May 16. Participants should bring their own lunches, drinks, blankets and chairs. Teachers, co-workers, families and students "who have had the pleasure to experience these two wonderful and loving teachers" are invited to the celebration.

Contributions are also being accepted "for a lasting tribute for Kathy and Marian to honor their love, dedication and lasting influence they have given to their students and co-workers," a release said.

Contributions and pictures should be sent to Toni Pruzin at Copper Creek Elementary School. For more information, contact Pruzin at tpruzin @amphi.com or 696-6829.
