Marana reaches settlement sum over lawsuit 0 comments
The Marana town council approved a $106,000 settlement in a lawsuit relating to the Thornydale Road project last week.
The settlement amount, plus statutory interest and costs, is for condemnation for a sliver of land needed as right-of-way for the road project, which is widening Thornydale Road from Orange Grove to Ina roads.
The area is located on the northeast corner of Thornydale and Orange Grove roads.
