I find it remiss that two letters regarding financial disputes with Oro Valley Hospital related facilities have appeared in The Explorer. I have yet to see The Explorer printing any letters from disgruntled people who have had unsatisfactory experiences with car repairs, their new roof, a sofa, phone and internet carriers, etc. Instead of airing disputes that rise from a lack of understanding on fees and services for health care delivery that the client in question sought in the first place, The Explorer should attempt to provide education about how the complex health care system works. Many people have no idea how to navigate health care services and do it cost effectively. Having the availability to world-class health care is something Americans should not take lightly.
