How, how often and how long?

Posted

Millions of Americans struggle with the questions of “how?”, “how often?” and “how long?”

Chances are good that all of us have asked these common questions regarding the most basic and stimulating of human needs - exercise.

Are we doing it correctly?  Is two times a week often enough?  Is five too much?  Am I doing it long enough?

Simply asking the questions is a good thing, because it means we understand the need for weekly exercise and are pursuing a healthier lifestyle.

A quick Google search will provide pages and pages of recommendations from some very accredited resources.  After researching a few options find one that sounds good and print it out.  Congratulations, you now have a fitness plan in hand!  There is no stopping you now!  Just be sure to avoid boredom, fatigue, injury, repetitiveness, and bad form.  Good luck.

Here’s a better solution. Koko FitClub of Oro Valley.

Aside from being conveniently located in the Home Depot Shopping Center at Oracle and First Avenue, Koko provides answers to the ‘how?’, ‘how often?’ and ‘how long?’

How?

Koko’s custom Smartraining™ (strength) plans guide its members to ensure they are doing exercises properly, at the right pace and at the proper weight.  Koko’s Certified FitCoaches are also on hand to offer assistance when needed.

How Often?

Koko prescribes three preplanned and unique training sessions per week.  They also recommend three to five cardio sessions per week.

How Long?

Smartraining sessions are typically 30 minutes or less, while the cardio sessions are only 15 minutes in duration.  That’s it!

Koko’s unique and proven approach to increased strength, weight loss and overall fitness, can be researched online, however, owner Gary Durrenberger suggests it be experienced first-hand.  Koko offers complimentary, low intensity demo sessions in order to fully experience the efficiency and effectiveness of their one-of-a-kind facility.

To schedule your free session, visit Koko online at www.orovalley.kokofitclub.com or call 445-4515.  Koko is open to its members 7-days a week from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Remember, three times a week for 30-45 minutes.  You can do it.  You can Koko!
