The volleyball team (2-7) lost in three games to Phoenix College 25-20, 25-13, 25-19 on Wednesday in Phoenix.
Kami Humphrey (Canyon del Oro HS), this week’s selection for ACCAC Region I, Division II Player of the Week, had 25 assists. Kaylee Humphrey (Canyon del Oro HS) contributed with eight kills and three blocks while Courtney Pitts (Catalina HS) finished the match with 11 digs and one ace.
The Aztecs will play their first home match at the West Campus on Thursday against West Coast Baptist College at 7 p.m.
