Sixteen schools brought 25 teams to the Duel in the Desert at Marana Middle School for the 4th annual Falcon Football Jamboree.

Children, parents and people from the community came out to watch the 25 teams from Tucson and surrounding areas.

On Friday, the teams played flag football and Saturday were tackle football.

The middle schools that participated were Amphi Middle, Anza Trail Apollo, Challenger, Chaparral, Coronado, Cross, Desert Sky, Esperero Canyon, Flowing Wells, Lauffer, Marana Middle, Pusch Ridge, Sierra, Tortolita and Wilson.
