With the 2011 football season coming to a close, Bob Vance, head coach of Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, resigned last week.
After losing nine seniors from the 2010 roster, Vance was faced with an uphill battle this season, finishing the season 2-7 overall.
Vance coached Pusch Ridge for four seasons, with three of them having winning records.
Vance is also the high school girls’ softball coach, a position he will remain in.
