A well-known food industry expert, Lempert holds the reputation as the premier forecaster of consumer behavior within the world of food. Lempert reports that frozen fruits and vegetables are typically harvested and flash frozen, leaving them more nutrient dense than their fresh fruit and vegetable counterparts, which can spend as much as half of their peak freshness period in distribution.

Let University of Arizona Spring Career Days work for you. If you are graduating this year, you would be wise to start searching for your dream job as soon as possible and the spring fair is a great place to do just that. If you are a few semesters shy of graduation (this means everyone from freshman through junior year) this is also a great opportunity to gather information on internships, find out about the job outlook in specific fields and talk to real-world recruiters from all sectors: nonprofit, government, health care and industry/business. Be sure to attend BOTH days for the widest range of career options and opportunities.
