    An estimated 4,500 people cruised through La Encantada Mall during the Greater Oro Valley Arts Council’s two-day ArtsFest 2008. The event featured children’s art activities, wine, live acoustic musical entertainment, food and, of course, more than 150 fine-art and craft exhibitors in all mediums and genres.
