A Northwest church has acquired, rebuilt and installed an historic pipe organ, which will be blessed and played for the first time this weekend.

The Casas Adobes Congregational United Church of Christ is holding a Vacation Bible School July 14-18 at the church, 6801 N. Oracle Road.

A handbell choir from the University of Southern Mississippi is performing at a Northwest church on Monday, July 13.

A special holiday service is being conducted by a Northwest church on Sunday, Dec. 21, for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one and feel a need to be with other individuals in the same situation.
