In fact, the online career guidance resource Quintessential Careers reports that only 15 to 20 percent of available jobs post to newspapers, online job boards or employment agencies.

Susan Cox, pictured at right, was among those inspecting the wares at the 77 North Marketplace, 16733 N. Oracle Road in Catalina. It is open Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
